Why I Create
My journey as an artist began when I was still ruining clothes with cherry stains and giving my sister the evil eye in family photos. It continued in fits and spurts with art classes in high school, and doodles in the margins of my math notes in college, but more recently I’ve rediscovered my love and passion for art through the medium of water-color. Recently, I’ve been exploring the beauty of the human body with my “Just A Body” series. I’ve also been enjoying my Dancing Cowgirls, a series of water-color cowgirls painted in a whimsical, pop-art style that is just the escape from reality I need right now.
